Repairs, breakdowns & plumbing
Charged by time on site.
The first hour is always chargeable. After that we bill in half hours, so you're not paying for time we haven't worked.
Servicing & certificates
Fixed price, agreed up front.
Got two appliances? The second is half price at the same visit — a boiler and a gas fire together is £90 + £45 ex VAT.
Out of hours
We answer the phone 24 hours a day, but we do not operate a guaranteed emergency call-out or out-of-hours cover service — we will always tell you honestly when we can get to you. Where we are able to attend outside normal working hours by prior arrangement, that time is charged at double the standard labour rate.
Boiler installations and boiler services are carried out during normal working hours only.
New boilers
Installations are quoted as a fixed price before any work starts, so hourly rates never apply. You'll see the full cost, including the boiler, fitting and everything listed in the quote, before you decide.

- Labour and parts are charged separately. Where we can source a part the same day, we will usually fit it on the visit and the part is charged on top of the labour time.
