Work booked and confirmed for you
Our office takes the calls, books the jobs and confirms with the customer. Your diary fills without you chasing anyone.
Choose the days you work
Full weeks or set days - you tell us your availability and we plan around it. No minimum, no pressure to take what you don’t want.
Materials sorted, delivered next day
Boilers and parts come through our trade accounts with next-day delivery, so you’re not queuing at the merchant or fronting the cost.
Paperwork done on your phone
Service sheets and gas safety records are completed and signed on our certificates app on site. The PDF goes straight to the customer’s file. Nothing to bring back.
A real office behind you
A small team in Deal who know the customers, handle the admin and register the warranties. Ring them and a person answers.
Paid on agreed terms, in writing
Rates are agreed at interview and confirmed in writing before your first job. You invoice us for what you complete.
How it works
- 1
Apply in two minutes
Name, Gas Safe number, the ACS you hold and how many days you can offer. A CV is optional.
- 2
A conversation, not an interview panel
A call or a coffee in Deal with the owner. We talk rates, patch and the kind of work you want.
- 3
Send your documents
Gas Safe card, ACS certificates, insurance and UTR through our onboarding page. We check them before anything is booked in your name.
- 4
Your first jobs
We start you on services and gas safety checks, then breakdowns and installs as you want them.
What you'll need to subcontract with us
- Current Gas Safe registration with CCN1 and CENWAT as a minimum
- At least five years on domestic gas boilers
- Your own van - clean and unbranded - with tools and a calibrated flue gas analyser
- Public liability insurance and your UTR / CIS registration
- A basic DBS check, no more than 12 months old (apply on gov.uk)
- Full UK driving licence and a passport or other photo ID
Questions people ask
Can I work as a sole trader or through my own limited company?
Either. We just need your UTR and CIS status, or your company details, and we invoice and pay accordingly.
I have more than one engineer. Can we work together?
Yes, but each engineer is checked and onboarded individually - Gas Safe card, ACS and insurance for every person who attends a job under our name.
Do I need my own van and tools?
For the field role, yes, including a calibrated flue gas analyser. Consumables for repairs are ordered through our accounts.
What insurance do I need?
Current public liability insurance in your name or your company’s. We ask to see the schedule and note the expiry date.
Do you cover my area?
We work across Kent, with most of the diary in CT and ME postcodes. If you’re based further out, apply anyway and say where you’d prefer to work.
What do you pay?
We have a standard rate card for subcontract work. It sits behind a PIN so it stays between us and the engineers we talk to - ring the office or apply and we will send it with our reply. Rates are confirmed in writing before your first job.
