Do you offer a bathroom design service?
We offer practical advice, product sourcing and complete supply and installation. We don’t offer a formal bathroom design service. During the home consultation, we discuss what you need and the options suitable for your space and budget.
Will I need to organise other trades?
We coordinate the installation and finishing work, arranging specialist trades where needed. You have one point of contact at David Osborne.
Can you work to my budget?
Tell us your budget at the home consultation. We use it to guide product options and the proposed scope, then give you a clear quotation to consider.
How soon can the work start?
Timing depends on the scope, product availability and our schedule. We discuss this with you and confirm arrangements before work starts.
What if I only need a repair or replacement?
For a leaking shower, new tap, replacement toilet or other smaller job, visit our plumbing services page. You don’t need a full bathroom installation to ask us for help.
